Roles and Responsibilities:
The role directly reports into GM HR:
- Effectively work with Business Heads to design & develop HR interventions for critical business requirements
- Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources
- End to End design and implementation of OD Programs
- Create and Manage HRBP dashboards working with the operations lead
- Drive HR projects for the entire organization
- Drive the Performance Management System
- Mapping of KRA's/ KPIs
- Learning & Development Initiatives
As a successful candidate:
- You should have 7 to 12 years of experience in a generalist portfolio with at least one stint into manufacturing domain
- Good exposure to Talent Management as a function
- Good interpersonal skills
- Reputed B-school background
