HR Business Partner - Manufacturing (10-12 yrs)

Accountabilities Scope of work :

- Manpower Planning and Budgeting Manpower Budgeting / Costing - Consolidation / Rationalization of HC nos, Productivity Analysis

- Plant Functioning Quarterly visit to Plants to understand the issues, Compliance & IR aspects. Provide solution to the issues (mfg units, all R&Ds and IBP) that needs corporate support. Review the progress of various initiatives. Participation in meetings with union.

- Talent Management Establishing complete Performance Management Systems (PMS) which includes bell curve fitment and support for flawless letter roll-out.

- HR Dashboard / Analytics HR Dashboard / Analytics

- HR Operations Entire life cycle management (PMS, L&D, Operational issues) for team based @ Corporate and Mumbai office.

- Assisting Head - HR (LSI) in design new organogram & jobs

- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert in providing support to site HR Teams on HR automation related issues

- Representing LSI for corporate driven initiatives - ACAM / Ticketing Toll / Unique Job Roll etc.

- OD Initiatives Analyzing the attrition rate and strategizing the actions.

- Drive need based OD Initiatives in the areas of productivity enhancement, attrition and strengthening talent pipeline etc.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- MBA (Human Resource) from a reputed institute

- Graduation in Technical Qualification is desirable

Desired Certifications :

Experience Range : 10 - 12 years

No. of years post-Highest Qualification :

Desirable experience: 10-12 years experience in the manufacturing industry.
