Description
The role has three facets:
- Complete responsibility for managing HR functions of one business unit
- Perform all functions as the HRBP of a factory
- Lead HR for corporate functions
- The incumbent will lead a team of HR people to effectively manage these responsibilities
Profile
As a successful applicant, you should have:
- 10-12 years of core manufacturing experience with credible brands
- At least 2-3 years of experience in IR with a good understanding of factory setups
- Team management/leading experience is a must
- MBA is a must
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience in an engineering or R&D setup is a plus
