HRBP - Life Insurance Reports to : Regional - HRBP Primary Responsibilities : The role of HR Business Partner is to partner with the business to come up with and effectively execute targeted HR interventions, people practices, talent strategies and to drive end to end execution of central HR processes in the organization. Key Duties : - Implement and execute continuous communication channels with employees One on Ones, Skip Level Meetings, Top Talent Connect Programs, Leadership Connects, townhalls - Manage end to end employee life cycle including on-boarding for new joiners, performance appraisals, compensation review process, R&R, grievance handling, employee queries, employee relations and employee separation - Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience (Attrition Analysis, Early Warning Signals, Retention, Engagement levels) - Conceptualize and drive employee engagement initiatives to keep the employee morale high. - Calendarize and effectively plan the roll out of various HR programs. - Know managers and staff within scope (background, skills, motivations) - Handle interpersonal conflicts, Disciplinary issues with utmost confidentiality/ sensitivity - To ensure effective on-boarding of all new joinees, including induction sessions - To implement talent and culture interventions driving business success - To enable business leaders on employee issues including ER, process adherence, talent management, development and retention - To ensure retention of talent within the region - To build employee connect through various engagement programs - To ensure quick redressal of employee grievances, concerns and queries - To ensure adherence to all HR processes in an effective and timely manner - To support change management programs as required by Organization led initiatives Mandatory Skills : - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Data driven MS Excel certification preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Note : Candidate must be open for travelling in south region.
