HR Business Partner Leader - Customer Experience Vertical (15-20 yrs)
This is a leadership role to develop people's strategies and philosophies and effectively operationalize them across the vertical.
Work towards coaching, increasing Team effectiveness, culture building and organizational development.Initiate and drive Change management initiatives.
Engage with the larger teams to keep check on the pulse and engagement levels through formal and informal forums.
Conceptualized and designed Talent Development strategies and programs for the vertical ,Implemented a robust talent identi- cation, assessment and development process to help engage, retain and develop top talent.
Drive Productivity enhancement matrices.
The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of extensive experience in managing HR partnering roles(Initial Career should have worked in a well established set up) with Strong experience in developing and implementing performance and talent management frameworks.
