HR Business Partner - IT Services (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
Our client who is a fast-growing IT Services company is looking for the young and dynamic HR person to take care of the following:
- End to end recruitment : We are increasing our headcount fast and need a recruitment expert who can coordinate effectively with multiple recruitment agencies
- Rewards and Recognition : Make policies for rewards and recognition in discussion with leadership Team and implement the same.
- Exit Formalities
- Engage with Business and act as their stakeholder for all HR related needs on a day to day basis
- Administration : Training, Development, Performance Management, Appraisals, Statutory compliances, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development, Employee Relations Policy Implementation, Retention management, Employee Query handling, co-ordinating for the ID Card creation and Email id generation for the new joiners etc.
- HR Generalist Area : HRMIS Reports, Policy/procedure Implementation, Performance Management System(PMS), Appraisals,, Compensation and Benefits Policy, Induction, Training & Development, Attrition Issues, Retention and Relieving procedures-Exit Interviews & Full and Final Settlement
- Employee Relations: Continuous interaction with employees to understand and resolve their grievances and keep them motivated and satisfied to enhance the productivity, Event Management- Organizing official functions, Best Employee Awards, Year completion awards, Birthday & Anniversary Celebrations, recreational activities like picnic, sports & social activities.
