- Must have managed a FTE of 250 to 300

- Must have exp in managing HR business activities for business units or Towers

- Must have hands on exp in Induction/OD and employee engagement

- Must have exp managing townhalls and internal HR communications

- Must have exp in Onboarding/Exit/manage employee queries

- Must have exp in Vendor management

- Must have exp in Benefits rewards and retention

- Must have excellent stakeholding exp
