JD: Position: HR Business Partner - Responsible to manage end-to-end HR activities for the business units, the incumbent is aligned to - Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. - Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. - Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. - Facilitates skip meetings/ AHMs/ any other communication forums - Partners/ facilitates with business on important initiatives like performance appraisals, promotions, salary revisions, etc. - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. - Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. - Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: - Candidate must have an attitude to learn, experiment and show adaptability to organization culture - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Is keen to understand business, so that HR interventions are effective - Is comfortable working in a hybrid work model - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: - Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in Human Resources (preferably IT sector) - Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws. - Bachelor's/PG degree preferred.
