HR Business Partner - IT Industry (8-12 yrs)
Job Purpose:
The objective of this role is to be a key HR business partner and front end the range of Generalist HR activities. This would include focus on Employee Relations, Performance Management Process, Talent Needs Identification, development & Retention ,Competency Framework Implementation, and Reward and Recognition plans amongst other areas.
Scope and Responsibilities:
- Provide end to end HR generalist support
- Ensure an understanding of the appraisal and performance management process by conducting employee briefing sessions and training on a regular basis, tracking online appraisal completion of staff.
- Contribute in putting an appropriate processes / framework in place for identifying and nurturing talent
- Lead Hi-po identification and critical talent retention initiatives
- Take the lead on standardizing HR processes and policies and benchmarking best practices.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities in collaboration with the business, actively participate in organizational initiatives and programs from an HR perspective
- Have the pulse of the organization through a mix of structured + casual connects with employees.
- Org wide Engagement Interventions - ESAT, Long term incentives
- Work with marketing team on Employer Branding
- Campus engagement
Your skills and experience:
- MBA with at least 8-12 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels
- Excellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things done
- Pro-active with good problem solving skills
- Extremely collaborative and the ability to function in a matrix environment
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS excel & powerpoint
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations
