HR Business Partner - IT - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SMCHRD (8-13 yrs)
We (Our Client) are looking to hire an experienced HRBP.
Job Location: Pune
Experience: 8 - 13 Years
You are a great fit if you have :
- Graduate/ Post Graduate from a premier institute
- 8+ years of core HRBP experience
- Ability to work independently, managing verticals which has large employee span
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented
Some of your exciting responsibilities include :
- Involvement in merger and acquisition activities
- Business partner support for managers
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Managing large business units with scalable operations by prioritizing and focusing on strategic HR issues
- Partner and lead projects which have business impacts
- Conducting an investigation and employee grievance handling
