HR Business Partner - IT Captive

Position: HR Business Partner (MNC IT Captive)

Role:

- Work as an HR Business Partner within the Application Development BU of the MNC IT Captive

- Work on end-to-end functions of HR including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Supporting Employee Development, planning and executing HR initiatives etc.

- Stakeholder management

- Act as a trusted advisor to the BU leaders on key people issues

Requirements:

- MBA

- 6-7 yrs of experience in an HRBP role at an IT Company/ IT Captive

- Good written and oral communication skills

Location: Mumbai
