- HR Business partnering with the business leader/s to understand the talent priorities and agree on plans to address the same.

- Partner on building AOP plans

- Right Organization design

- Raise the bar on key HR processes PMS/Talent Management / Learning etc

- Value Business partnering to vertical heads and BU leaders

- Coaching and mentoring

- Deepen team and employee connect to Org and BU

- Change management

- HR Functional Knowledge, particularly around key HR processes.

- Strong communication skills, especially with large groups.
