HR Business Partner - IT (8-10 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- To develop and implement HR (Human Resources) plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.

- Business partnering with focus on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

- To identify, review and analyze trends, recommend best practices to achieve improve d performance, better retention, employee experience , and drive cultural management .

- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues

- Assess training and learning requirements, adaptable to changing technology environment by Implement/administer/interpret corporate training policies/programs/procedures

- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all aspects of the organization and leadership review process and the strategic objectives therein . Focusing on performance management and talent development.

- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.

- Assess, design, and implement employee engagement initiatives within the technology vertical to improve overall retention

- Providing support to the senior management on human resources related matters, policies , and procedures

- Providing critical support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions , and job re-leveling

Skills and Abilities:

- Demonstrated ability to motivate managers and supervisors to use company practices for optimum productivity

- Strong business and Human resource acumen, along with strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative

- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with various levels within the organization to deliver goals

- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills; additionally, presentation skills and knowledge of employment laws

- Ability to work well as part of a team and to create and maintain a good work environment across the network.

- Working in an entrepreneurial setting that necessitates excellent multi-tasking ability is a plus.
