Role Introduction :

- The role calls for a very high degree of ownership: from identification of problem statement to designing and implementing solutions in a dynamic, changing business and employee environment. The role requires both deep thinking as well as agility of actions.


- It involves high degree of interaction with stakeholders ; the leadership team as well as employees.


- The person is expected to bring in empathy as well as social and interpersonal skills.


- Given the stage ITC is in, this role requires the person to bring in outside-in view, gather bottoms-up feedback and drive charters with tremendous respect for execution.

Role & Responsibility :

- Develops and implements HR plans, policies, programs, and tools in partnership with business leaders, Centres of Excellence (COEs) to build and enhance organizational capability and add value to the business

- Works with leadership and other stakeholders to design and leverage integrated people strategies, enabling the attraction, development, and retention of top talent

- Drive Performance Management Framework & Talent Reviews at ITC

- Responsible to design & facilitate engagement framework leading into an engaged workforce.

- Drive HR processes including hiring, performance review, training programs and change management initiatives and resolution of associate's queries and grievances.

- Review and analyze business & HR metrics (Diversity, Attrition,Engagement..etc) to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and team member experience.

- Drive Learning & Development initiatives.

- Drive performance & learning culture across the ITC.

- Conduct exit interviews and maintain & analyze exit data for designing retention strategies.

- Any other HR roles & responsibility.

Additional challenges & responsibilities :

- Assist HR team through systems and process changes

- Good prioritization skills and ability to juggle with multiple roles without impacting the priority and criticality of any of the mandates

- Expertise in managing relationships through being solution oriented and high attention to detail.
