Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key Roles, functions & accountability) :
- Understand the company culture and build on employee experience. Be the go-to person for all CPS IT team members by connecting and building relationships across the organization.
- Communicate and ensure understanding by employees of laws, regulations, and organizational policies and answer questions by managers and employees as needed.
- Partner with line managers to identify current and future personnel needs and provide daily HR guidance
- Determine optimal sourcing mix, including job boards, careers pages, referral and social networks
- Craft sourcing strategies using multiple channels
- Calculate & present recruiting KPIs (e.g time-to-hire and time-to-fill)
- Host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person
- Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language
- Advise recruiters and line managers on interviewing and evaluation methods
- Prepare and monitor turnover and retention rates (company-wide and by department)
- Report on monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment budget
- Design succession plans and internal promotion policies
- Oversee onboarding for new hires
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and retention
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Training & development as per the annual plan which is prepared based on annual trainings needs and successfully executing the same.
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
- Prepare the Employee Engagement activities annual calendar like fun events, parties, spot rewards etc
- Maintaining HRIS on SAP Success factor by updating Success factor of the New joiner/leaver/payroll changes on a real time basis
- MIS preparation based on the requirement and also on weekly and monthly basis of different factors like headcount, open positions, attrition analysis etc
- Employee Compensation - keeping an eye on the employee compensation trends in the industry and appraising management on the same
Required Skills & Qualification :
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Business Partner, Recruitment Manager or similar role
- Understanding of full employee life cycle
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and interviewing, applicant tracking systems and resume databases
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to network via social media and other professional platforms
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Proven work experience as an HR business partner
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- MBA with specialization in HR
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience in IT/ITES on SAP Success factor environment
- Good command over MS-Excel and spread sheets
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
