My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join their dynamic and fast-paced organization. As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner to our business leaders and managers, providing expert HR guidance and support. You will play a critical role in driving the execution of HR initiatives, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and fostering a positive and engaging work culture. The role reports to the Head of HR, India.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Provide strategic guidance on topics such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, employee relations and learning & development.

- Implement people strategies and solutions that support business-specific objectives. Proactively lead and design initiatives that benefit business units through increased collaborative trust, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity while leveraging data insights.

- Partners with business leaders on strategic priorities; advises and coaches leaders on driving the organizational values and culture.

- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Coach managers on performance-related matters and provide guidance to enhance employee performance and development.

- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

- Collaborate with COE and HR Service centre teams to service the business needs.

Qualifications:

- Candidates must have 8-10 years of HR experience; Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role in a global banking/financial services firm.

- Highly adaptable and flexible individual with an ability to problem solve and bring issues to resolution.

- Collaborative individual who enjoys bringing teams together to create plans and solve business problems.

- Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; High sense of urgency.

- Strong communication skills.

- Highly resilient.

Important:

- Managed at least 500 people, currently 200 plus employees at their Bangalore office

- Finance / Fin Tech / Investment Banks HR preferred

- 1 Office in Sobha & another in UB City

- Open to work as in Individual Contributor
