HR Business Partner - Internet/Online

Must Haves :

- We would need someone with 2-3 yrs of good HRBP/HR Generalist experience

- MBA from tier 2 b school ( Bharatidasan / VIT / Loyola / Great lakes college / IITM equivalents in chennai or similar colleges in other cities )

- Should speak Tamil

- Should have excellent communications + business acumen + analytical ability

Role details :

- HRBP for 300+ folks in Tamil nadu and Pondy

- Will have 2-3 folks reporting into this role

- Strong business partner with cluster business head on people practices and business performance

- people Capability building interventions to be designed and deployed for respective teams

We are open for anyone willing to relocate to chennai as well for this role if they are meeting the hiring criteria.
