HR Business Partner - Insurance Sector (6-8 yrs)
Role is to handle HRBP
Recruitment and Selection mainly for frontline hiring for the new vertical
EVP
- Talent Management and Retention
- Employee Engagement
- Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and overall HR processes
1. Managing hiring for FMCG, Pharma, NBFCs and BFSI companies
2. The experience can range between 6-8 years - this should include mass hiring preferably
3. They should have dealt with hiring vendors independently
4. The background should be from atleast MBA campuses
- Travelling is required
- MBA Hr with 6-8 years exp from Mumbai only need apply .Prefer local talent only
- Will report to Head of HR
- Incumbents should have hands-on expand to join early on selection. Hence those with short notice period of 1month or those who can join immediately are eligible to apply
