Responsible For :
- Advising and supporting Business through the annual HR year-end processes
- Providing recruiting support and guidance in close cooperation with the RPO/TA team, including managing Career Levelling support, compensation offers, etc.
- Creating, driving and program managing effective development, employee engagement, retention and reward programs
- Supporting the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment for employees across levels
- Experience in product, tech startup is a muct
