HR Business Partner - Insurance - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

- 5 years or more in talent acquisition and business partnering

- Includes excellent organizational, planning and time management skills and being effective at managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines

- Demonstrates ability to operate under minimal supervision with judgment for independent actions

- Highlights work in a high growth, fast-paced environment requiring agility to meet changes in business demand

- Showcases experience in product, tech startups is a must

Responsible For :

- Advising and supporting Business through the annual HR year-end processes

- Providing recruiting support and guidance in close cooperation with the RPO/TA team, including managing Career Levelling support, compensation offers, etc.

- Creating, driving and program managing effective development, employee engagement, retention and reward programs

- Supporting the L&D team in conducting training needs assessment for employees across levels

- Experience in product, tech startup is a muct
