Human resource - Business partner ( HR Generalist )

Reporting into the HR Head you will be responsible for :

- Managing HR Business Partnering activities end to end for North Region

- Handling an employee base of 600-800 people in the north region

- HRBP role. Activities include- recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, culture building and branding.

- Reporting into Head of HR with a team of 3-4 people to manage

- We have Urgent requirement for HR- Business Partner ( North Zonal Head ), CTC up to 12 L for Delhi Location in Leading MNCs Health Insurance.

- Candidates should be from full time MBA from tier 1 & 2 B School.
