HR Business Partner- HR analytics

Our Client is a Benefits and Services firm and is looking to hire an HR business partner based out of Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work with business heads on identification of Hi-Potential talent, their career paths and their succession plan. Implementation and monitoring the Talent Review process

- Managing grievances, disciplinary actions, terminations and performance improvement programs in lines with the policy guidelines

- Calculate and analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, engagement, turnover, internal mobility, compensation & benefits, talent and performance management

- Prepare reports of data results, present and explain findings to senior leadership

- Based on metrics and analysis, make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture

- Working with Marketing team on External Communications, aimed to strengthen the brand as a preferred employer

Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience on managing the Talent Management Process centrally.

- Knowledge and experience of HR analytics is essential

- Full time Post-graduate / Master's in Business Administration (MBA) specialization in Human Resources
