HRBP What You'll be doing? : - You'll act as HR Business partner to drive and manage HR interventions (Talent Management/Talent Development/Talent Engagement activities at BU Level). - Partner with business leaders to drive high performance environment. - Employ coaching, consulting and facilitation skills to influence behaviour and business decisions consistent with our Values and Leadership Attributes. - You will ensure our HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives. - Ensure compliance with all employment-related regulatory agencies and laws. - Work in close collaboration with internal and external counsel on decision making with respect to all employment-related regulatory affairs.
