HR Business Partner for an E-Commerce Hospitality platform (Large Retail Group)
About Company :
Our client is D2C food arm of the major retail group who have both online as well as offline presence. At present they have 200+ employees and looking to grow faster.
About the role :They are looking for HR Generalist who has prior experience of handling talent acquisition, L&D and HR Operations.
Roles & Responsibilities :- Working closely with BU - HRBP
- To support HRBP in launching, establishing and running smooth execution of various HR initiatives and programs
- Lead and manage all ER interventions for BU (eg, disciplinary cases, PIP discussions, etc)
- Work closely with business stakeholders for HR support in day-to-day functioning
- Running HR process efficiencies and improvement
- Ensuring, controlling, monitoring and reviewing the HR policy adherence in BU
- Driving sensitization, learning, adoption of HR interventions/ policies amongst BU team members
- Grievance Redressal process for employee concerns/ feedback
Requirements :- MBA in HR with 1-4 years' experience in HR as HRBP
- Experience working with fast growing start-up as HRBP
- Hands on experience in Talent Acquisition, L&D and HR Operations
- Ability to take and drive initiatives
