Role: HR Manager- Business Partnering
Location: New Delhi
Reporting: COO/CEO
Role Deliverable: Own the gamut of HR function across TA, EE, Comp & Ben, Leadership and OD, and lead the HR team.
Key role components:
- As a seasoned HR leader you will work on key initiatives as the firm is in a stage of rapid growth
- A self driven HR leader ideally with experience in an early growth stage firm.
- Hands-on with senior hiring and guide the TA team
- Ability to nurture and grow the managerial cadre as aligned with the business objective and goals
- Demonstrated success in areas of Organizational Development, Employee Branding and Leadership building.
- Develop robust systems for HR operations and compliance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders
