- To partner with functional/ business leadership in executing HR strategy and ensure smooth functioning of the core people processes viz. recruitment, induction, performance management, rewards & recognition, capability building and engagement for the following functions- Sales, Marketing.
- Develop position profile and work closely with functional head/s for manpower planning.
- Drive the entire recruitment cycle and manage recruitment cost. Build internal and external pipeline aligned to organization needs Talent Management & Capability building
- Manage top talent identification and succession planning through structured programs
- Work with teams to co-create the capability building agenda
- Initiate and execute goal setting exercise for the employees Drive mid-year reviews and annual performance evaluation process Coach employees .
