HR Business Partner - Global Service Firm

Purpose of the Job - 

- Independently ensure at National level Talent Acquisition & Talent Management. 

- Manage all HR-Ops & lead Recruitments. 

- Will lead a small team. 

- Will manage employee headcount of over 1200# spread all over the country.

Candidate Profile:

- MBAs with 10-20 years relevant experience in highly reputed multi-locational, multi-branch service organisations (consulting, insurance, retail, ecommerce, banking, telecom, healthcare, hospitality, travel, financial services organisations).

- Must be working as HRBP and also handling Recruitment & HR-Ops for employee count of at least 400#
