Main Responsibilities:
Being a business partner to line management and employees to ensure business success through motivated high- quality people. Major focus on Talent Management, Development via L&D interventions and implementing C&B best practices.
- Manage stakeholders across levels within the organization in India
- Introduce new policies and monitor progress of implemented policies to suggest changes thereof
- Identifies, promotes and implements best demonstrated HR practices and supports the
implementation of other best- demonstrated practices across the organization- Conduct compensation survey, analyze reports, present to the management and provide support in taking appropriate actions
- Select, retain and develop adequately qualified employees
- Handle internal and external audits
- Manage the MIS Dashboard
- Majority MNC experience
- Education: Masters Degree in Business Administration with additional qualification in Human Resources Management (preferred)
- Prior experience in a manufacturing set-up would be added advantage
- Should have experience in handling senior stakeholders, conducting compensation survey, presenting reports, and implementing new practices for talent retention
