As the next generation HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources operations and ensuring they are aligned with the business goals. The other responsibilities will be as follows:

- Acting as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit

- Proactively supporting the delivery of HR Processes

- Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance

- Managing complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally

- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department

- Resolving complex employee relations issues and addressing grievances

- Acting as the performance improvement driver and provoking positive changes in the people management

- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, building morale and increasing productivity and retention

- Providing HR policy guidance

- Monitoring and reporting on workforce and robust succession planning

- Identifying training needs for teams and individuals

- Evaluating training programs

- Actively identifying gaps, proposing and implementing changes necessary to cover risks

- Suggesting new HR strategies and helping to reshape, drive and establish the HR model and culture

Candidate Profile:

- MBA or post-graduation in HR from a good B school

- Be highly organized, detail oriented and a stickler for accuracy

- Be highly collaborative and have a track record for working in a matric environment operating across organizations and levels

- Strong Project Management and Change Management Skills

- A successful track record of working in COE Model, managing employee programs, projects and initiatives

- Excellent communication skills and a natural desire to help people

- Analytical and goal oriented

- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics

- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation

- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
