HR Business Partner with one of the fastest growing Gaming Organization
- Consult with line management and provide HR guidance
- Provide strong Manager & Employee coaching & mentorship
- Provide strategic HR solutions in localized manner using high touch approach
- Work very closely with employees and managers, understand their drivers, aspirations and support them and the business leader in building high levels of engagement & productivity
- End to end responsibility for design and execution of Performance & Career Management throughout the organization
- High levels of ownership and outcome orientation
- Strong conceptual clarity and problem solving skills
- High levels of collaboration & interpersonal skills - willingness to reach out and build deep trust based relations
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build - morale and increase productivity and retention
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals, Evaluate training programs
- Develop and implement new HR strategies
