Job responsibilities:-

- Act as partner to the Talent Development Team in order to align overall company goals to support career development through trainings and identifying opportunities to strengthen the status quo.

- Assisting Business with Talent Management and Succession Planning.

- Executing performance management programs (Talent reviews, appraisal process) and Goal setting process.

- Provide HR Support and guidance to Line Managers / Stakeholders on HR policies & practices & act as first point of contact for HR issues and maintaining positive relationship across functions.

- Supporting in Special Projects with HR Responsibilities for a Joint Venture

- Delivering timely cyclical HR Process , i.e. Providing appropriate information to payroll department, Reports to various Stakeholders, Presentations and Organization Chart and supporting HR Audit.

- Responsible for employment pre- requisites from Aptitude, Medicals to ID Generation.

- Responsible for Employee Life Cycle i.e. recruitment, on-boarding, probations, exit, annual health checkup etc.

- Responsible for making and documenting Employee letters, Vendor Agreements and maintaining them in both electronic andpaper form.

- First custodian for all HRMS portals i.e. Performance Appraisal, Internal Job Posting and Attendance system.

- Assist with new/ evolving initiatives as and when needed.

- Planning various sessions with engagement partners in order to keep the work culture at its best.
