KRAs:
- Partner with the Zonal business team to drive profitable growth by improving quality of talent and productivity
- Drive HR interventions, improve Effectiveness and engagement of employees in the Zone
- Execute HR processes in the Zone
- Manage HR Budgets
- Ensure full compliance to all statutory and labour laws in each outlet
Kindly apply only if you are an MBA in HR (Full time) from XLRI/TISS/IIMs/XIM/Symbiosis/FMS/IMT/with 6-7 years of experience post MBA. Some IR experience preferred
