HR Business Partner - FMCG/Retail/Telecom/Online/Manufacturing (2-8 yrs)
- Be the Culture Champion for your city/cities
- Provide compensation direction including salary planning, promotions and job re-levelling.
- Understand cult.fit & mind.fit goals for your city/cities and design new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements, productivity and development of employees.
