Employee onboarding
- Facilitate smooth Employee on-boarding process and ensure new employee familiarizes with the Organization Vision, Mission, Values and Principles and Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding processes effectively including joining formalities and new employee induction.
Talent Management
- Building a culture of meritocracy
- Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people productivity enhancement.
- Facilitate Performance development activities like goal setting, Appraisal and Performance feedback
Talent Retention
- Manage key Processes and people. Drive key talent retention & development efforts
- Prepare MIS to support detailed analysis and appropriate decision-making.
Employee Relations & Advocacy
- Building effective and trusted relationship with employees
- Periodically visit branches and meet employee to understand challenges & resolve the same
Employee Engagement
- Driving employee engagement, employee welfare, employee communication and related activities for North zone
- Ensuring adoption and implementation of new work ways and initiatives
Parameters:
1. Full time MBA, with min 2 to max 6 years of experience doing HR generalist role
2. Should have worked in spread out sales and distribution intense organisation requiring handling of multiple locations
3. Basic behaviours - High energy, passionate, go getter, tech savvy, able to drive agenda independently, ability to take sessions in the branches on his own
4. Tech savvy and comfortable travelling 10 days in a month
5. Candidates preferred from Insurance, BFSI, FMCG, Consumer Durable, Retail companies, people working in zones/regions.
