Job responsibilities:
- Advise, counsel and influence the business leadership team in executing the business plan.
- Proactively manage risk to safeguard the company's reputation.
- Drive change through organization design and operations of organizational models.
- Advise on employee relations issues.
- Liaise with the Staffing team on acquiring key talent.
- Lead the year-end compensation process.
- Drive initiatives focused on employee satisfaction.
- Manage relationship with Line of business and ability to manage LOB interactions
- Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices across the organization
Candidate Profile:
- Experience of 5-6 years (Tier- 1) or 8-9 years (Tier II).
- Should be willing to work in the start-up environment and contribute in evolving the policies and processes.
- Should have proven experience in executing strategic HR initiatives.
- Should have managed entire gamut of HR services.
