HR Business Partner - FMCG/Retail (4-15 yrs)
Strategic HR Partnership :
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their goals, objectives, and challenges, and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
- Consult with business leaders on HR matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance and employee engagement.
- Proactively identify and address HR-related issues, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Talent Management and Development :
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify current and future talent needs and develop talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Support the recruitment and selection process, including job analysis, candidate assessment, and interviewing.
- Partner with managers to create and implement effective performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify training and development needs, design learning programs, and facilitate training sessions for employees and managers.
Employee Relations and Engagement :
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through effective communication, recognition programs, and work-life balance initiatives.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze data to identify trends and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
Organizational Development and Change Management :
- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective change management practices.
- Facilitate organizational development activities, including organizational design, restructuring, and succession planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, employee productivity, and performance through process improvements and implementation of best practices.
HR Policy and Compliance :
- Advise and educate managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, communicating changes and ensuring HR practices are in line with legal requirements.
- Conduct audits and investigations related to HR policies, ensuring adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
HR Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations on HR initiatives, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
