Description - You will be responsible to drive end-to-end Talent Engagement Agenda for this MNC for their Hyderabad Plant for 2 years contract.

Our Client is a fast growing MNC in FMCG space having its presence across multiple cities in India.
They are looking for a seasoned HR Professional to lead HR agendas for their Plant in Hyderabad for 2 years contract.
Description :
- Working closely and providing support on end to end HR related activities for Plant.
- Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies for stakeholders
- Be a strong business partner and key member of the HR team to align the HR strategy with the business goals
Profile :
- 5 - 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering
- Prior experience with a reputed FMCG/FMCD organisation is preferred
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
