- In this position you will partner with the leaders and execute the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness.

- Define strategic HR objectives for Functions in alignment with overall HR strategic objectives and business plan and support its execution in different functions

- Act as influencer to manage organisational changes required to achieve the strategic business and HR objectives

- Work closely with various level of leadership in the functions to align stakeholders (employees, team leads, BU leads, etc.), articulate communication need and execution of plan to ensure effective change management in the functions

- The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows rapidly. The HR Business Partner serves as a liaison between the business and the central corporate teams to assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development. We are looking for Human Resource professionals who have the ability to diagnose problems as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions.

- Align Business Leaders on the Strategic HR Plan and roll out all the planned activities in the area of talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, talent engagement, Reward and Recognition, etc.

- Analyze talent and leadership pool availability, prepare capability development plan for behavioral / managerial capability building plan for all segments of employees in order to ensure a robust talent and leadership pipeline in respective function

- Continuously explore opportunity for manpower optimization, align stakeholders and prepare execution plan to achieve /maintain cost leadership in manpower cost

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results

- Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

- Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues

Required Qualifications :

- Master's Degree or MBA in HR from premier institute
