HR Business Partner - FMCG/Consumer Durable (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for creating a value-driven, dynamic and high-performance stimulating work environment at the site location through effective hire-to-retire cycle aligned to the business strategy

- Function as a Strategic Business Partner and act as an effective interface between top leadership and various employee groups

- Promote Adani core values, vision and mission. Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct and outlined ethical guidelines

- Support in defining a favourable cultural profile; Facilitate culture building and mass scale transformations initiatives.

- Manage the talent acquisition process to ensure on-time availability of manpower and facilitate smooth operations

- Manage internal recruitment and employee transfers from other departments

- Career and Talent Management

- Closely monitor effective deployment of Group/BU mandated talent management programs

- Review the effectiveness of leadership/training programs and provide insights for improvement.

- Capability Building - Gain a thorough understanding of departmental needs in terms of capabilities and existing gaps

- Provide inputs for customization of the existing training program architecture to suit business needs

- Contribute in designing training intervention & end to end delivery Performance Management Systems

- Provide inputs to Performance Management team during the program design and review phase basis business feedback

- Participate in the Agenda Setting Conference for the site and support formulation of KRAs for all service functions basis the business strategy

- Total Rewards - Review reward parameters, reward policy and R&R programs from a business strategic perspective

- Employee Engagement and Connect - Ensure employee queries are addressed promptly and escalate to senior management where applicable
