Need to have very high persuasive and influencing skills. - Have worked in areas of Rewards, L&amp;D, Talent Management. - Have analytical thought. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with business and HR team to develop solution, program and intervention. - Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. - Should be from organization with evolved people practices. - Willing to make a difference in the organization being part of HR team.
