Over the years, they have established a strong presence in India and are now looking to hire a senior business partner to lead one of their business verticals.
Description
Reporting to the CEO, your responsibilities will include-
- Managing end to end employee lifecycle
- Working closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met
- Collaborating with the leadership team on the formulation of key strategies by anticipating HR issues and solutions as appropriate also be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with trade unions and employee representatives
- Promoting non-discriminatory employment practices and common standards of justice in the treatment of individuals by the employer
Profile
You come with-
- 7-12 year's experience in HR business partnering role
- Good exposure of setting up business from scratch from an HR standpoint
- Experience of Psychometric testing and basic understanding of compliance
- Excellent communication and stake holder management skills
- Experience of working in a dynamic environment
