HR Business Partner - FMCG

We have an opening for the position of HR Business Partner with one of the biggest conglomerate based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in all areas related to the human resources field.

Responsibilities:-

- HR business partner will include aligning staff to business objectives, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, planning strategic HR initiatives etc.

- Taking care of all HR functions except recruitment.

- This role will be a part of centralized team.

- Responsible for employee lifecycle, PMS, rewards & recognition, comp & Ben and employee engagement.

- Preferably looking candidate from FMCG, Consumer Goods & Consumer facing industry.

Qualifications :

- Full time MBA from a premier institute

- 7 - 10 years of experience in HR

- Should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills and strategic thinking.
