They are looking for a seasoned HR Professional based in Bangalore, who has strong experience in the entire gamut of HR functions coming from a reputed FMCG organisation.
Job Description :
- Reporting into the Lead HRBP, as an individual contributor, your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely and providing support on end to end HR related activities.
- Liaise with the business leadership to design and deliver strong HR strategies for stakeholders
- Be a strong business partner and key member of the HR team to align the HR strategy with the business goals
Profile :
- 5 - 8 years of experience in HRBP post MBA from a good institute
- Prior experience with a reputed FMCG/FMCD organization is a must
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills
- Ability to frame strategy along with leadership skills
