HR Business Partner - FMCG (5-7 yrs)
- Managing complete gamut of HR activities
- Overall responsible for HR function and it's interaction with business, including formulating strategies and drafting policies for hiring, retention, compensation, performance evaluation, employee engagement, and organization culture.
- Implement and develop action plans associated with performance improvement and develop & manage the employee metrics
- Work closely with key stake holders to create and deliver the HR strategy for the business and ensure that the business objectives are met
- 5-7 years of relevant HR experience
- MBA in HR with experience in managing regional HR role
