Hr Business Partner
- Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
- Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business
- Drive engagement initiatives like New hire Buddy/ mentoring program, Voice of Employee, Round tables and Brown Bag session and R&Rs
- Design and execute the employee engagement framework in line with engagement survey results for better retention and productivity
- Drive Learning and development initiatives across region through creation of learning calendar, driving nominations, liasoning with trainers, organizing workshops
- Responsible for HR analytics eg attrition, headcount, engagement expense etc and ensure availability of right information on HR system at all times
