HR Business Partner - FMCG (3-5 yrs)
- Talent management: Resourcing of key talent for the function. Retention of key talent

A) HR & OD processes of performance management (MBR), engagement, people development (PDP/PADP) \
B) Organization development initiatives / interventions like Employee Engagement, competency building and Team building.
- HR Policy creation & administration: Will be responsible for ensuring contemporariness and also driving policy implementation.
Overall the role is a well-rounded generalist role providing avenues to the incumbent to learn the challenges of Line HR will also proving an opportunity to create and drive Hr agenda in sync with Business agenda.
