The Role- - Managing Employee Life Cycles activities: Drive HR operational processes and policies towards a higher employee experience - Drive end to end Talent Acquisition including Employer Branding, Sourcing, negotiating offers etc. - Drive end to end payroll process with coordination with payroll partner - Work closely with HR Head in driving a collaborative, engaged culture - Work closely with HR Head in implementation of Organization Development &amp; Capability Building initiatives - Drive various HR Processes such as Performance Management, Rewards, Recognition etc. - Manage Employee Engagement and Communication - HRIS Implementation &amp; Support - Ensuring Statutory Compliances for the organization - Supporting Frontline operations and the Local HR's to drive HR processes for frontline - Preparation of HR Budgets, MIS, Dashboards.
