Our client is a leading FMCG company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. With a large focus on Beverage manufacturing, production and distribution they are an excellent company to work for with a strong reputation and leading global brands. They are looking to add a Human Resource Professional with 1 to 3 years of experience or even recent HR graduate to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement HR strategy to deliver business goals.
- Implement strategies, policies and processes which help employees and business to achieve high levels of performance.
- Work as internal HR Consultant, to matters relating to employees e.g. decisions on recruiting extra workforce.
- Talent Identification, Acquisition and management in order to improve the existing manpower potential of the organization.
- Responsible for achieving desired results from the key HR processes like PDR, EPA, etc.
- Ensure that the company as a Company has sustained bench strength of talent, and the business has proper succession plans in place for its key positions.
- Coordinate with Shared Services and Expertise Team to deliver efficient and effective HR services to the business.
