HR Business Partner - FMCD/FMCG/Healthcare (3-5 yrs)

Manpower Planning and Recruitment

- Develop position profile and work closely with functional head/s for manpower planning.

- Drive the entire recruitment cycle and manage recruitment cost. Build internal and external pipeline aligned to organization needs Talent Management & Capability building

- Manage top talent identification and succession planning through structured programs

- Work with teams to co-create the capability building agenda

Performance Management

- Initiate and execute goal setting exercise for the employees

- Drive mid-year reviews and annual performance evaluation process Coach employees and drive high performance differentiation culture Execute performance improvement plans, wherever needed Engagement

- Leverage various tools and methods to drive engagement within the team

Diversity & Inclusion Champion

- Work closely with Women's India Network and leadership team to drive interventions around diversity & inclusion.

Organization Design and Productivity

- Design and deliver simplified structures in line with the business strategy Ensure employee productivity and career growth in partnership with business leadership

- Drive sales and clinical incentive- conceptualization and monitoring

Business Partnering

- Support departmental goal by framing work plan, achieve departmental objective within set timelines.

- Draft / revise new policies / Processes as per the business objectives. Benefits & policies benchmarking like travel benefits for customer facing functions

Health & Wellness

- Drive connect programs like Dil Se (MD Connect Program), quarterly newsletter and other employee communication interventions on a regular basis to enhance engagement levels

Analytics

- Analyze and drive critical metrics like attrition, manpower cost, etc. Identify the concerns and take corrective actions in partnership with the leadership.

Project Management

- Work on various HR projects time to time to enhance HR systems, processes and policies.
