Roles and Responsibilities: HRBP, HRSS, PMS, HR Projects
We are looking for a high energy HR BP to join us to drive HR initiatives in HRBP, PMS, HRSS & HR Projects.
- As HRBP would be supporting the leaders of aligned Businesses & would be responsible for any escalations or managing complex employee-related concerns and grievances.
- Drive initiatives on Employee Engagement & Retention.
- Maintain Regular Connects with New-Hires, Skip-Interviews, Town-Halls etc.
- Create EWS and RAG tracker for Retention activities.
- Provide support to managers on complex/exceptional HR issues and people decisions.
- Drive the Performance Management for Company, Ensuring KRA setting, Mid -Year reviews and Yearly Performance process are adhered to, both in terms of timelines and quality of KRA's.
- Design the educational campaigns in view of providing the employees with a good understanding of PM Processes, HR Policies and of the instruments used.
- Drive Company's HR Shared Services and HRMS processes
- As HR Shared Services Specialist will help manage the administrative and operational processes of other HR COEs efficiently and look for ways to improvise the processes.
- Responsible to manage HRSS processes - Hire to Retire
- Lead the HRSS team in managing the day-to-day activities to support the HR, and other interrelated functions.
- Understand HR tools and systems, improves existing HR operations processes and create efficiency by automating manual processes.
