HR Business Partner - FinTech (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Managing the recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources and ensure smooth on-boarding of employees
- Manage end to end talent engagement initiatives to ensure high engagement levels & partnering with business leadership to implement HR strategy
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver on business targets (revenue, growth, etc.) by providing HR Solutions
- Overall responsible for HR function and it's interaction with business, including formulating strategies and drafting policies for hiring, retention, compensation, performance evaluation, employee engagement, organisation culture and statutory and legal compliance
- MBA in HR from reputed campus with proven working experience of 3-6 years in business partnering
